Experience

I have over 20 years’ experience in Financial Services mainly in equity release, but previously in second charge lending. I’ve also worked for a local newspaper, where I was immersed in the world of advertising, proof reading and copy editing. Now, my career serves as a fully qualified equity release specialist.

My North Star

I am a telephone-based adviser and my main focus is finding the right plans for my clients. All clients have different agendas as to what they need from equity release. I love talking to people and helping them realise their dreams; but most satisfying are the personal client feedback I receive.

Achievements

I work hard to ensure every option is explored. One lady had been constantly rejected as her house wasn’t standard construction. I contacted lenders directly and found a lender who would accept her property. She then paid off her mortgage, enabling her to remain in her home for the rest of her life.

Downtime

I am married with a young daughter. I live in Penwortham near Preston and, when not working, I love reading, playing squash, walking in the countryside and spending time with my family. We also have a resident hedgehog in our garden who is very demanding with time and food.
