Experience

My work experience since leaving school has always been in Financial Services, mainly in retail banking with Halifax & Barclays Bank where I enjoyed roles from cashiering to management. I then took a career move to equity release with Age Partnership in 2017, before moving to Equity Release Supermarket in 2018.

My North Star

I’m passionate about delivering quality service to my clients and always have their best interests at the heart of what I do. I joined Equity Release Supermarket on that basis, as I truly believe we promote the service standards I believe in, and clients deserve, when considering their financial requirements.

Achievements

A client of mine had a poor experience with an Independent Financial Adviser not delivering the service she expected and advising on an incorrect product taking over 6 months. The client called myself and after understanding her needs I recommended a more suitable product that completed within 4 weeks.

Downtime

Outside work I enjoy spending time with my family and 2 young children. I am also a keen martial artist having trained for over 28 years, running my own clubs. This has progressed, and I’m now a Senior Director within the UK, responsible for National Training & Development in this sport.
