A mixture of careers over 35+ years has always seemed to present myself with customer facing roles. I thrive on providing the best customer service and love going the extra mile, and becoming great friends with clients I’ve had for many years. Giving that extra personal touch is the best feeling.

My vision is to continue to give the best advice and customer service experience, whether it’s face to face or via telephone. I aim to further my knowledge by being part of award winning Equity Release Supermarket. It’s a privilege to be part of them, rather than just a job.

Achievements

Getting customer feedback once equity release cases have completed is a great testimony to the service and advice i offer. Recent client feedback stated - ’A great ambassador for Equity Release Supermarket’. This was tremendous reassurance for the job I love doing, and pleasing to know I’m offering great service.

Downtime

I love keeping fit. My greatest achievement to date was a half ironman distance triathlon in 2019. I adore the Lake District, and walking our two springer spaniels. Spending quality time with my two sons and their partners families is also very important to my husband - Mark and I.
