I have been employed in Financial Services for over 35 years, working for Halifax, Britannia Building Society and several insurance companies providing sound financial advice. I have vast experience in the mortgage market and joined Key as an independent equity release adviser in 2016, before changing company in 2019.
My north star
Quite simply, I enjoy helping people to achieve their objectives and working in the equity release market has enabled me to do this successfully. We have a unique approach in this sector, offering an ethical and transparent service to our customers, dealing with customers face-to-face or over the phone.
Achievements
My main focus has always been my clients, helping them to achieve their dreams. I have helped people to release equity to enable their grandchildren to have a deposit to buy a house. I especially enjoyed advising a client, who was 87, how to release enough equity to enable him to go to Australia to visit a brother that he hadn’t seen for over 10 years!
Downtime
I live in Bewdley, Worcestershire, with my wife Jane and we have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. My main hobby is music and weekends are spent playing guitar in local bands with my claim to fame is that I once played at Ronnie Scott’s! I also enjoy watching Liverpool FC.
