Experience

I have been involved in finance services since 1988 where I started working for NatWest. It was here I first became involved in mortgages and then equity release. I’m Diploma qualified and for the last 10 years I’ve specialised as an independent equity release adviser, including later life mortgages.

My north star

My goal is to dispel the myths some people hold about equity release and assist my clients achieve their goals. For me, Equity Release Supermarket provides the best solution for those wishing to do their own research, then when ready, have a face-to-face meeting with myself to meet their objectives.

Achievements

I consider every purchase case that completes to be an achievement. I emphasise this as many people don’t realise purchasing with equity release can be done. Therefore, having a good relationship with the lenders and solicitors helps. Getting great feedback about our service is the best reward a client can give.

Downtime

I am married with 2 children and 2 grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with family, especially travelling with my wife - we have recently discovered cruise holidays. I also enjoy cycling and in 2018 I cycled from London to Paris in 4 days to raise money for The Alzheimer’s Society.
