I started my financial services career in the early 90’s as the ‘man from the Pru’ - gaining valuable experience. I then became a Senior Financial Planning Manager at NatWest until becoming an IFA/mortgage broker. The mortgage world introduced me to equity release - which is where I now specialise in.
I have a strong ethos about equity release and feel passionately about how it can help the over 55’s realise their goals and aspirations. I’m also happy to deal with clients however they choose and feel more comfortable with - either face to face, by phone or a combination of both.
I am a retired Magistrate having served the Wolds Bench for over 20 years and was voted Chair of the Bench and Training Committee. I thrive on challenges and I’ve helped clients with complicated cases where other equity release firms have failed. My greatest pleasure is achieving excellent client feedback.
I live in the lovely village of Woodhall Spa in Mid-Lincolnshire and when I am not working, I enjoy reading, fishing, gardening and Rioja, I also enjoy football and regularly take my Grandson to football matches which can be interesting as I support Gillingham and he supports Lincoln City!
